EXCHANGE POLICY

In the event of any sizing or shipping/delivery errors caused by us on orders received, please contact our helpline within 24 working hours of receiving the order.

For customers within Lagos, arrangements will be made for wigs to be picked up from the client and exchanged. For customers outside Lagos, we will provide shipping details for the item to be sent back to us. We will receive, inspect, and send an exchange depending on certain factors. The additional delivery cost would be incurred by Mila NG. (Please note that we would pay the same amount charged on the website for delivery to your location).

An exchange will only be initiated if the wigs are in the exact condition they were sent out. (NO STYLING WHATSOEVER).

Note that if a client intends to return their package for ANY other reason, the shipping/delivery fee would be paid in FULL by the client.

Kindly check wig descriptions, post captions, and ask all necessary questions about a product before purchase, as we reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges based on the failure to do any of the following stated in this clause.

This policy applies to all clients, and such failure to read this policy as stated is not an exonerating factor.
